Rules

General- Private commissions must be specified in advance and may include a 20% additional fee.
- The turnaround time starts after full payment is completed.
- Slots are first come, first served.Commercial Use-The artwork is for personal use only by default.
-Any commercial use must be discussed beforehand and will require an additional fee.
-Do not use the artwork for profit in any way unless you have my permission.
-I still retain the rights to the artwork and may use it for portfolio and social media unless stated otherwise.Delivery- I do not work with strict deadlines or last-minute requests.
- I will send progress updates whenever possible, and you are welcome to ask for updates at any time.
- My usual turnaround time is around 2 weeks, but it may extend up to 2 months depending on complexity and queue.
- Additional commissions or extra characters may affect the timeline, and each piece will be started after the previous one is completed.
- In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances or health issues, the client will be informed.Refunds- Refunds are available if I have not started the sketch or if I determine that I am unable to complete the commission.
- After the initial sketch has been approved, refunds will not be issued.Commission Process- You send visual references.
- I confirm the payment.
- I create a sketch for approval. This is the stage where you can request major or structural changes.
- Changes such as pose adjustments during lineart or rendering stages will be refused.
- Major revisions may be accepted only if I missed or misinterpreted something that was clearly specified.
- If the commission was not specified as private beforehand, I will post it on my social media.Payment- I primarily use PayPal. I will usually provide my email, but the client can also request an invoice.
- Payment must be made on the same day of confirmation to secure your slot in the queue.
